Mario Carnevale

Since 1984, Mario Carnevale was a steadfast pillar of legal expertise in Windsor and Leamington. Starting his journey with Carnevale, Cervi, Nazarewich, he soon established the Carnevale Law Office in 1985, making a mark in the legal community that grew stronger over the years. His practice areas encompassed Family Law, Real Estate, Wills and Powers of Attorney, Estate Planning, as well as Canada Pension Disability Appeals – a breadth of experience reflecting his deep commitment to serving his clients' diverse needs. But his dedication extended beyond the office. Mario contributed his time and expertise to numerous local boards, including The Windsor Endowment for the Arts, The Essex Law Association, Theatre Windsor, Riverside Little League, The New Vision Lions Club, The Leamington Roma Club, and 12.13 Productions. Mario's enduring commitment to both his legal practice and community service underscores the heart of Carnevale Law Office: deep legal knowledge, broad community connection, and unwavering dedication.

Anthony Andary

Anthony obtained his Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Criminology and Psychology from the University of Windsor. He went on to obtain his Master’s degree (M.A.) in Political Science at the University of Windsor and graduated with distinction. Upon completion of his M.A., Anthony went on to work for the Municipality of Leamington in the Legal and Legislative department. In 2018, he completed his Juris Doctor at the University of Windsor Faculty of Law. During his studies, he volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada where he supported various local organizations around the Windsor-Essex community.
Upon graduating from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law, Anthony sought to practice in his local community in which he grew up in. Anthony joined the firm as an Associate in 2023 and currently practices in the areas of real estate law, wills and estates law, corporate and commercial law, landlord and tenant matters and employment law.
Outside of work, Anthony sits on the Board of Directors for the Erie Shores Family Health Team and volunteers at various not-for-profit organizations within the Windsor-Essex community.
Anthony is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Essex Law Association.

Robert Carnevale

Robert Carnevale is a partner at Andary Carnevale Karry & Laba LLP. Building on his experience from Carnevale Law Office and the late Mario Carnevale, Robert prioritizes the development of creative legal strategies tailored to the unique circumstances of each file. His comprehensive practice serves the Windsor-Essex community in the areas of Family Law, Civil Litigation, Constitutional Law, Real Estate, Criminal Defense, Corporate Law, and Wills and Estates. Robert is an active leader in the legal community, serving as an elected Director of the Essex Law Association including some of its many committees. He has also represented the Windsor-Essex region at the provincial level with the Federation of Ontario Law Associations. Outside of the office, Robert serves as a volunteer judge for competitive moots at the University of Windsor Faculty of Law, providing mentorship to future members of the bar.

Andrew Koczerzuk

Andrew is a retired police officer who served in the RCMP for over 30 years across Canada in various positions including uniformed patrol, drug enforcement, economic crime and corruption, and served as an Adjudicator of workplace grievances. He is a recipient of the Governor General's award for exceptional service to Canada. He graduated from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law in 2006 and obtained an undergraduate degree from the University of Manitoba. Andrew retired from the RCMP in 2016 and since then has worked in a number of legal positions including as employment law counsel and as a labour lawyer with the Ontario Provincial Police Association. Andrew specializes in employment issues including wrongful dismissal, constructive dismissal, workplace harassment, as well as human rights complaints and workplace investigations.

Alicia Mishchenko

Alicia obtained her Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Science - Forensics and Criminology with a Minor in German from the University of Windsor in 2017. She went on to complete her Dual Juris Doctor with the University of Windsor Faculty of Law and Detroit Mercy School of Law. During her studies, Alicia volunteered with the Dual JD mentorship program and was a representative of the Criminal Law Association. Alicia also worked as a Tutorial Assistant in her second and third years of law school.After completing her degrees, Alicia hoped to practice in her local community. She joined the firm in 2025 and is excited to work with her local community and assist those who have shaped her journey.Outside of the legal world, you can find Alicia outdoors – whether exploring Essex County’s vibrant food culture, camping, or enjoying nature. She brings her same appreciation for exploration into her work every day.
